About Anna

Anna is excited to introduce Christchurch to a better alternative to the traditional real estate model.

People deserve the highest level of service, and with Anna that’s just what you’ll get. But, you will now also pay a fair and fixed amount in fees, saving you money to spend on the more important things in life. That’s why she joined the fabulous team at Arizto after nearly 6 years with another local real estate agency, where she has a track record of achieving excellent results for her clients.

Born and bred in Christchurch and living in the Selwyn District, Anna has a background in sales and customer service.

Anna knows that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make, and her goal is to make sure you feel empowered to make that decision with confidence.

Anna enjoys getting to know her clients, and takes the time to understand the outcomes they’re looking for and uses proves sales strategies and targeted marketing techniques to achieve the best possible result.

Anna says: “Real estate is all about building positive relationships. That means putting people first, paying attention to the details and always following through. My passion for people and property shows through in the enthusiasm I bring to the role”.

In her spare time, Anna enjoys spending time with her husband Richard and two sons, Harrison and Cameron. You’ll usually find her on the side-line cheering the boys on in their chosen sports; getting crafty or spending time with family up in the Marlborough Sounds where she enjoys fishing and boating.

Anna would be pleased to chat with you about Arizto, and how she may be able to help you achieve a great result in the sale of your home – all at a much fairer price.

Smarter Real Estate has arrived in Christchurch

$12,500+GST commission

Based on Christchurch’s average house price of $676,727 (as provided by QV as of August 2021), most traditional real estate agencies charge upwards of $20,000+GST and marketing fees. It comes as no surprise that sellers are unhappy paying such high fees, and Arizto agrees. Arizto found flaws in the way traditional real estate is performed and created a better solution for Kiwis.
