Anna was patient and very knowledgeable about finding us the house we wanted. Anna was always polite and allowed us time to look at houses and ask questions when we needed. She never rushed us. When she told us about the house we brought she told us when the viewing could be and was more than happy to show it a second time on the same day we first looked at it. You can’t beat Anna. We were lucky enough to have bought in 2022 and Anna was the person selling the property through Arizto. When we first entered the property we were met with a brilliant welcome from Anna. We found no pressure from her but Anna answered all our questions with honesty and went out of her way to accommodate us for a second viewing. Anna was always contactable by phone and email and we found Anna answered all our requests. Forward to 2024 and time to sell, Anna was the first person we contacted for an appraisal. Again Anna was on top with responding quickly and professionally. Of course we contacted a few others companies but and we found that there was only 1 person that we wanted to sell our property. Additionally, your home will be showcased on Arizto.co.nz with a physical signboard installed for local visibility. Our targeted Facebook marketing will reach potential buyers in your area, while comprehensive listings across NZ's top portals like Homes.co.nz, One Roof, and Hougarden will generate widespread interest.
To create a truly professional presentation, I'll provide high-quality indoor and outdoor photos, a detailed architectural floor plan, and captivating HD videography, all crafted by skilled professionals.
ARIZTO has a flat fee of $12,500 +GST commission. The final commission fee is deducted from the buyers’ deposit after the unconditional date, meaning that, aside from enjoying the money you save on traditional commission fees, you won’t have to do a thing!
If you decide to run an auction, to cover auctioneer fees, Arizto will charge an additional $900 at the time of listing, this fee is non-refundable even if you cancel the Auction prior to the Auction date.
Whilst we include a base listing across all of the property websites (eg TradeMe, realestate.co.nz, homes.co.nz, OneRoof and hougarden,com), Vendors can choose to pay to upgrade their listing on any one of the above websites.
We can arrange an advertisement for the property in the Selwyn Times Property Guide. A 1/2-page ad costs $350
In terms of other fees, at the time of sale you will need your own lawyer to process the legal conveyancing and title transaction. Lawyers fees can vary, so we recommend you contact them for an accurate quote.
Regardless of what your home sells for, even if it’s tens of thousands over what was expected, we always charge a set fee of $12,500 + GST at the completion of the sale.

Before you list with me, you’ll have the opportunity to book in a free, no obligation appraisal at a time and date that suits you. After you’ve confirmed your appraisal date and time, via email, you’ll receive:
A Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) – a selection of recent sales in your area, which buyers in today’s market will be comparing your property to; A list of Arizto’s marketing inclusions; a list of ‘steps to sale’ – the full process from end to end when selling with us, our T’s and C’s, and a list of legal obligations that you’ll need to be across if you choose to sell with us.
On the day of your appraisal, Anna will view your property, answer any questions you have and will then send through a comprehensive and personalised appraisal for your property as soon as possible. From there, if you decide to list with Arizto, we can sign the Agency Agreement electronically and get underway with preparation of the marketing!
